20 GREAT IKEA HOME AND GIFT IDEAS
I just did an IKEA run and wanted to share some of my favorite home and gift ideas. I have a love/hate with IKEA ever since I had to taxi/subway/bus to Newark to finish our entertainment center in NYC (three times in one day)! That’s a good story over a glass of vino :) This MALA PAINT SET is our favorite arts and crafts gift ever with some MICHAELS CANVASES and some BRUSHES. I love this BIRD PLATTER and CHEESEBOARD as a hostess gift or housewarming gift. You could gift a monthly cheese selection from MURRAY’S CHEESES as well (super fun gift!). I have included a bunch of our favorite home items as well. It feels like we may need some more DESKS around here with better SEATING if homeschooling continues. I’m getting ready just in case!

1 FUN BIRD PLATTER - I gave this to some friends for Xmas and it’s a great small casual platter.
2 IKEA CART - The original cart is still our go to for all our art supplies. It moves from one spot to another.
3 RAINBOW DOOR MAT - I just got this for our backdoor and it makes me so happy. Buy for a friend and make their day!
4 CHEESEBOARD - This is so fun for entertaining. Buy STUNNING SPREADS for a good how to on cheeseboard assembly and get some MURRAY’S CHEESE too.
5 MALA PAINT SET - The best paint set for young kiddos with some MICHAELS CANVASES and some BRUSHES for the best birthday gift!
6 FRIHETEN SOFABED - We have had this for years in our playroom. The bed part can roll up and out or you can leave it in for an L shaped sofa.
7 LINNMON TABLE - I just bought our 2nd Linnamon Table. The tops are interchangeable with the legs and come in fun colors and different sizes. One table (ruined with paint) is in the playroom the second table is going into an office for my kids as a desk.
8 LILLHOLDEN SWIVEL CHAIR - Love the look of this swivel chair and need it for our new office stat!
9 IKEA TUPPERWARE - I seriously just love this set and at $6 you cannot beat it!
10 KALLAX SHELF UNIT - You can mix and match sizes of these Kallax shelves. We have one for books and one with the DRONA containers for storage.
11 DRONA STORAGE COLORFUL - DRONA STORAGE WHITE - DRONA STORAGE POLKA DOT - The Drona containers are great for the Kallax shelves or for closet storage too.
12 PLASTIC CUP SET - PLASTIC BOWLS - PLASTIC PLATES - We still use these all the time and my kids are tweens.
13 BRIMNES BOOKSHELF - This bookshelf is great for smaller space because of its width and comes in white and gray.
14 GREEN POLKA DOT PILLOW - I saw this pillow and fell in love with the green dots. I also love this LARGE BLUE CUSHION for your legs.
15 BONDHOLMEN OUTDOOR FURNITURE - We need an outdoor furniture set and I’m loving the look of this!
16 OUTDOOR SERVING CART - How cute is this cart for outdoor entertaining for cocktails and snacks?
17 MINNEN KID BED - This color is so pretty (comes in white too) and the bed adjusts so you can use it as a toddler bed and lengthen it later for a big kid bed.
18 HEART BEDDING - JUNGLE BEDDING - FOX ANIMAL BEDDING I love the IKEA bedding because it’s fun prints, inexpensive and you can switch it out when your child tires of the print. We had this heart print on twin beds for years.
19 FRAME and WIRE BASKETS - This is great for storage in a closet or playroom!
20 GARO HAMMOCK and STAND - No trees for an Eno? No problem with this stand and hammock! What a fun gift for some outdoor fun!
